1. 端末内に保存するデータ
karologで入力した体重、身長、体脂肪率、メモ、目標体重・期限、リマインダー設定は端末内にのみ保存され、mechabaseのサーバーや第三者へ送信されません。CSV・JSONの書き出しや共有は、ユーザーが操作した場合だけ行われます。
2. 広告と外部送信
本アプリはGoogle AdMobを利用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスから推定）、アプリ操作、クラッシュログなどの診断情報、広告IDやAndroid IDなどを、広告・分析・不正防止・セキュリティのために収集・共有する場合があります。
対象地域ではGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）で同意を確認します。必要な場合はアプリの設定画面から広告のプライバシー設定を変更できます。詳細はGoogle Mobile Ads SDKのデータ開示とGoogleによるデータ使用をご確認ください。
3. 通知とデータ削除
リマインダーは端末内で設定され、省電力制御により通知時刻が前後する場合があります。入力データは「設定 → 全データ削除」またはアプリのアンインストールで削除できます。
4. 健康情報
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断、治療、医学的助言を目的としません。健康上の判断は医療専門家へご相談ください。入力した健康関連データを開発者が第三者へ提供することはありません。
5. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を主な対象としていません。

1. Data stored on your device
Weight, height, body fat percentage, notes, goals, deadlines, and reminder settings entered in karolog are stored only on your device. They are not sent to mechabase servers or third parties. CSV or JSON export and sharing occur only when you choose those actions.
2. Advertising and data transmission
The App uses Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics such as crash logs, and device or other identifiers such as Advertising ID and Android ID for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention and security.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) requests consent where applicable. When required, privacy choices can be changed from App Settings. See the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure and How Google uses data.
3. Notifications and deletion
Reminders are scheduled on your device and power-saving controls may affect their exact delivery time. Delete entered data from Settings → Delete All Data or by uninstalling the App.
4. Health information
The App is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional for health decisions. The developer does not provide health data you enter to third parties.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed primarily to children under 13.
